My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was a little dusty, and the hot water had a strange brown color initially, but it improved over time. The breakfast lacked variety and was not very appealing for international guests. The price of RM250 per night felt a bit high considering the shortcomings, especially with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and coffeemakers provided.

The room I stayed in was a bit dusty, making us sneeze. The hot water from the bath tub and sink was initially brown but gradually improved. It could definitely use some upgrading.

The staff, particularly Kenika & King at the front desk, Charat, Methee, and others at the concierge, were very polite and accommodating. They had a good command of English and were helpful despite some issues with cleanliness.

The main reason I enjoyed my stay was the excellent location close to the market and other shops nearby. However, it would be better if the public waiting area were on the 6th floor instead of the 1st floor lift lobby.

The breakfast lacked sufficient choices for international guests and the food was often cold. It didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price without breakfast included.
